Trying to liven' up the board some. What are everyone's plans for this weekend? Taking the kids (furkids included) any place fun?

I think I'm going to go, paint some pottery. I bought a groupon deal for a local paint your pottery place a few weeks ago. So I'm going to try and make something unique for John for his birthday. Sunday we may hit the river for some relaxation and drinking. No four wheeling for John, he's still in recovery mode from his broken collar bone.

No real plans. It's a long weekend here so sometime or other I need to get to the grocery store and stock up cause things are closed on Monday.

Just the usual stuff going on....dogs, dogs, dogs. LOL Might find time to sneak in a beer or two.

Got to do my training run (4 miles at 6:45 a.m.) in the morning, then hopefully can get my porch posts painted and get started on my hall bathroom. Sunday....sleep!

Well for this weekend, not much planned. Jim's on-call so we can't really do much cuz if he gets a call, he has to up and rush off to work.

But Jim's mom volunteered to take Ben this weekend, so I'm gonna let her babysit tomorrow so that I can start rearranging his room and organizing the closet to make room for our new lil man that will eventually be sharing a room with Ben.

That's all we'll be up to - cleaning the house, preparing for the new baby, fun fun stuff.... nothing too exciting though!

Woohooo I actually have weekend plans.

We are putting a saddle on Bentley this afternoon. We are very excited. All he will do with his saddle on is lunge in the arena but every step is a step closer.

We have been working very hard to get him ready for this. We have a new trainer for a couple of weeks and she is very good. She has taught Emily and Bentley more in the last few days than any one since we got him. She will still not be on him until this fall, when she can sit on him but he will not move.

Keep your fingers crossed.
