need a recipe for...
any known good recipes for Braciole? I saw a hilarious episode of "Raymond" that centered around this dish.... now I want to try it. Found several online with some vast variation, don't want to try them all

Paul, if you are ever on the South Shore try a little Italian restaurant called "Paisanos". They have great Braciole and they are reasonably priced.

I've never tried making it. Let us know how it comes out.

Paul - my husband loves braciole! I think it is pretty good myself but, depending on where you get it, can be too bready or sometimes too tough. I just ran across this link on another website - I can't vouch for it but it gives you the general idea. http://www.examiner.com/x-4180-Norfolk-Cooking-Examiner~y2010m1d19-Braciole--Italian-stuffed-rolled-beef-recipe Another place to search might be allrecipes.com, the ratings are very useful.

Did Kim make it?
If it came out good, I might give it a try.
