Re: OK......if you love BACON.... then you GOTTA go here............ Just watched an Alton Brown show where he talked a lot about bacon. Who knew there were SO many kinds?
BTW...AB says to cook your bacon in/on a waffle maker. Think I may try that the next time I make bacon.
