...because I haven't been feeling 100% but I can't quite put my finger on what's wrong. No chest pains, no shortness of breath, but I have been "down on power" since I took a break from working out last fall. Sleep pattern has been a little wacky...... Gaining 15lbs hasn't helped anything either, but at least 10 of those lbs have come back off already.
He ordered blood work and a stress test with the dye.
So we shall see WTH is going on.........

During the actual stress test(running on the treadmill) my heart "skipped a beat" or three... Hell they had my heart rate up to 155! No frigging wonder! Anyway...........I am not to do any exercise until they get me in to see the heart Dr., prolly sometime in the next couple of days.

Oh my. I hope it's nothing serious.

The Nuclear stress test showed very good blood flow all around my heart and no new damage, so THAT is a plus!

The doctor this morning told me that what he saw on my stress test EKG, was Ventricular tachycardia (VT). I am scheduled for another angiogram/heart cath on Tuesday morning to try to determine the cause. Could be another partially blocked artery, or it could just be an electrical glitch that they can fix with meds. I told him to do whatever needed to be done to fix this, cause I am sick and tired of not feeling quite right. This has been coming on for a couple of months, but I just could not put my finger on what was wrong. No chest pains, no shortness of breath or anything like that, just a general feeling of malaise.
I hope like he!! he gets it fixed!
In the mean time, no more workouts and NO SHOVELING SNOW!!

Hope it's an easy fix Jim! We'll be thinking of you Tuesday.

Well, I vote for a glitch. Sounds like a much less invasive fix than the other option!!

In the meanwhile, I hope for Willy's sake you don't get too much snow!!!
