Remember the words "Customer Service"?
Seems like companies, for the most part, have forgotten those words. Most all the companies anymore, act like you should frequent them just because they are there, and you should be honored that they took your call. I just had a transaction with a company, Brownells that still remembers what the words customer service really mean. I ordered a tool that came missing some parts. I called them, they sent a new one out that day, no questions asked, told me to just send the bad one back and they would even refund my shipping cost. I got the refund check today, just in time to place another order.

So, have you had any really good luck with a company lately? If so, list them.

Dillon Precision supports their reloading presses with that same attitude. If a part breaks, I call, they send it. Other Dillon users have told stories of breaking parts due to their own damn fault and Dillon still sent them the parts free of charge.

Cabelas — I've only had problems with an order or two...had to return a couple of things...even called about a broken rod tip once. They were all over it every single time.

Brownell's — ditto

Xikar and Palio — I have cigar cutters from both companies. Warranted for life. If they break or fail to perform to my satisfaction (including dullness), I take 'em to the shop where I bought them for a no-questions-asked replacement.

Nordstrom — I've had only one annoying salesperson there and their return/exchange policy is no muss, no fuss.

My local cigar shop — if a get the occasional bummed cigar that won't draw or something, they just send me into the humidor for another. Doesn't matter if it's $10 or $30 stick.
